The city of Apeldoorn was one of the first to succesfully implement 'dualism' into it's politics. They made this publication so others can learn from their process. The book shows images from a fake poster campaign, as if it is on everybody's mind. The poster shows the word dualism, each time in a different way, showing the different points of view within politics.
